Standard USB drives are uploaded in Australia to allow the following:

More time for clients to produce presentation whilst USB's are in manufacture.
Ability to make last minute changes to presentations before upload.
In house quality control over data integrity & presentation functionality for standard drives.

Specialty USB drives with the Autorun feature must be preloaded during manufacture.
