For orders under 10,000 units:
For smaller orders all our products are shipped first class via Fedex from our factory to Promotional USB within 1-3 days. After final qualitity checks, the goods are then shipped via road freight to your premises.
For orders over 10,000 units:
For orders of 10,000 units and above considerable savings can be made utilising General Sea freight. Delivery times are generally 3-5 weeks. If you would like pricing for this option in your quotation please advise us and will be happy to assist.

Warranty Service
To ensure we provide our clients with the best product at the best price we have entered into a long-term partnership with one of China 's largest and most successful manufacturing plants. Our chipsets are sourced from the world's two largest manufacturers, Hynix and Samsung.
To guarantee quality all our products are checked both at the factory and pre-delivery. For your peace of mind we provide a 12 month limited warranty on all our products. Nothing is left to chance!
Promotional USB Warranty Information:
Promotional USB warrants to the original end user customer of its USB products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, Promotional USB will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials.
Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by Promotional USB on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. If Promotional USB is unable to repair or replace the product, it will refund the current value of the product at the time the warranty claim is made.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. This limited warranty also does not apply to any product on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, has not been handled or packaged correctly, has been sold as second-hand or has been resold contrary to the US export regulations.
This limited warranty covers only repair, replacement or refund for defective Promotional USB products, as provided above. Promotional USB is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any loss of data or any costs associated with determining the source of system problems or removing, servicing or installing Promotional USB products.
This warranty excludes 3rd party software, connected equipment or stored data. In the event of a claim, Promotional USB's sole obligation shall be replacement of the hardware.

Autorun content on USB Flash Drives:
 Can I make my presentation or document run automatically when the flash drive is inserted?
 Yes you can. Unlike CDROM or DVD USB flash drive technology was never conceived with autorun features in mind. In order to make a flash drive autorun a special PCB board is required. If you wish to use the autorun feature you must be able to supply the autorun content prior to manufacture of the drives as each PCB board must be programmed to play the desired file.
Are autorun flash drives compatible with Apple computers?
No, at this time they work on the PC platform only.
Creating Partitions
Can I create partitions on USB flash drives?
Yes you can. Upon request we can supply software which allows you to create partitions with or without password protection.
Password Protection:
Can I password protect the whole drive?
Yes you can. The user will be prompted to enter a password as soon as the drive is inserted.
Does password protection need to be done at the factory?
No, we can supply the necessary software to you. However, if ordering a large quantity of drives it is often more convenient to have the factory do the work during manufacture.
Can I to set a unique password for each drive?
Yes, in this circumstance the drives can be configured to prompt the user for a password on first use.
Can I have the same password set for each drive?
Yes, this is can be completed at the factory upon supply of your preferred password.
Can the password protected area be erased or reformatted?
Yes and No. If the user does not know the password, the protected area cannot be erased or reformatted. If the user has the password they can delete the secure area or reformat the drive.
Read Only Partitions
Can I prevent customers from removing files from the flash drive?
Yes you can. Our drives support what is known as “Read only Partitions”.
In this instance the content you supply will be saved to a read-only "block" of reserved memory. Your users will be able to view the files, but not delete, re-format or make any modifications. When the flash drive is inserted into the computer, the user will see two drives. One drive which holds your read only data and the other drive which works as a normal flash drive.
Unique serial numbers for distributing software on USB Flash Drives
Every flash drive has a unique serial number which can be addressed. Software developers can use this ID to prevent their software from being pirated. i.e. If the software is not located on the original flash drive it will not function.
Windows 98 Support:
Do your drives support Windows98?
Yes and No. Most of the current PCB's are not supplied with Win 98 drivers. If you require Windows 98 support please advise us prior to ordering so we can source a compatible chipset for you.
