We are a family run business, operating since 2004, initially specialising in the distribution of printed USB’s to businesses local and overseas under Promotional USB. Fast forward 15 years, we have grown into a complete one stop shop for all promotional products, hence our new name PromotionALL. We are passionate about providing you with a superb product to showcase your brand. We make the entire process as fast and as smooth as possible. We can assist in creating your promotional masterpiece and provide you with concept or product design.
You can either speak directly to our team over the phone or by email or if you know exactly what you are after, simply enter the details to our cart. We can then create a quote for you and work with you to ensure you promotional product is branded superbly, fits your requirement and your budget.
Together with your quote, we usually send an virtual proof with your artwork applied on the product. We call it “Sign Off Form” and you just need to sign this document to approve your order to production.
Depending on the product we can offer a FREE dummy samples. Please get in touch with one of our staff members and check if it is possible for the product you need.
Minimum orders depend on your chosen product, we can advise you individually of these. Our minimum order for USB’s is 25 units for example.
We understand that fast turn around is very important but each product has its own unique time frame of production.
We can give you the correct deliver time after we have received the details of your order. Please ask the sales team for your specific product lead times.
This timeline is calculated from the date of artwork approval and payment, not from the date you enquire or receive your quote.
Please note that while most orders are delivered either on time or even a few days earlier than expected, unfortunately we can’t control the way couriers operate. We apologise for any unforeseen delays in shipments on the courier’s behalf.
On submission of the sign off form, payment made,
your order goes immediately to production to assist in your prompt delivery. Therefore it is imperative you check ALL details on Sign off form to avoid further costs to you for any changes.
Our qualified team of in-house graphic designers can help create your branded products. Simply upload your artwork as a Vector (.ai, .eps, .pdf) or a Hi-Resolution image (JPEG, PNG). We can then create a digital proof to help you visualise the end product ensuring an exceptional product to fully expose your brand.
We are excited to have you back and value our clients. If you want just ‘as before’ the process is easy and quick, simply email or call us with your last reference number and if there are no changes to the product we can process your order the same day.
In general we require payment before we put your order into production. However we understand large corporate and government agencies have a financial procedure to follow so we are happy to work with purchase orders to ensure we move promptly to production.
Note that before we can ship the order, we need to have received payment from you unless agreed prior.
We accept direct deposits and credit cards, please note Visa/Mastercard has a 2.9% surcharge, AMEX has a 3.0% surcharge.

Frequently Asked Questions about USB
In general a USB 3.0 is much faster than USB 2.0. For example it can take a USB 2.0 flash drive 22 minutes to copy 10GB of files to a computer compared to a USB 3.0 flash drive taking 6.5 minutes. If you want to upload large files faster then we suggest you go for a 3.0 USB.
You can order 512MB, 1GB, 2GB, 4 GB, 8GB, 16GB, 32GB, 64G. For bigger capacities please get in touch.
Yes, we can offer a data uploading service, please include the total size of the files you want to upload on your request so we can add this to your quote.

About Real Capacity
Capacity flash memory products are usually decimal arithmetic: 1MB = 1000KB, 1G = 1000MB, but the operating system using binary arithmetic 1MB = 1024KB, 1GB = 1024MB,
Besides,A portion of the memory capacity on storage device is used for data management functions.
So the actual available storage capacity for data storage is less than what is listed on the products.

Storage capacity is strictly dependent on the memory size of the product. Our USB products have memory sizes from 512MB all the way to 64GB. To estimate the size needed, consider that the average photo size is 2MB, average MP3 music file is 4MB , and the average movie size is 500MB.

We only work with high standard Grade-A quality memory chips quality memory from the likes of Samsung, Hynix, Intel and Micron. They’re the same components used by large Tech companies.
Promotionall warrants to the original end user customer of its USB products are free from defects in material and workmanship.
Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, Promotionall will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials.
Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by Promotionall on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new.
If Promotionall is unable to repair or replace the product, it will refund the current value of the product at the time the warranty claim is made. This limited warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
This limited warranty also does not apply to any product on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, has not been handled or packaged correctly, has been sold as second-hand or has been resold contrary to the AUS export regulations. This limited warranty covers only repair, replacement or refund for defective Promotionall products, as provided above. Promotionall is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any loss of data or any costs associated with determining the source of system problems or removing, servicing or installing Promotional USB products. This warranty excludes 3rd party software, connected equipment or stored data. In the event of a claim, Promotional USB’s sole obligation shall be replacement of the hardware.
